    The good thingsBebas bertanggungjawab dan bisa mengajukan untuk mengadakan internal training. bebas berpendapat. ada acara akhir tahun yg mayan seru. Staff nya walaupun bersaing tapi tetep kekeluargaan. seru seru aja. banyak yg bisa dipelajari
    The challengesada kebebasan tentu ada drama yg harus dihadapi. kerja aja sebaik mungkin dan tetap berhubungan baik dgn semua demi menjaga profesionalitas. Untuk pekerjaan refference checker hanya sendiri jadi sudah pasti overload, kadang terpaksa menyisihkan yg tdk terlalu urgent

    The good thingsAs a job for a beginner, working at this company is very fun. Each leader will provide very detailed guidance to beginners so that we can survive and achieve the best in ourselves. They can raise our confidence so that we can easily achieve something that we have never achieved before.
    The challengesThere are almost no difficulties that we will face in this company. We just need to work hard, be patient and keep doing our best. There is no need to focus on our KPI (in this case sales) because everything will reciprocate the results of each of our hard work.
