    Learn The Real Things
    The good thingsMy superiors teach me many things, how to shortlisting effectively, they believe in my capabilities, when I had something I don't understand or difficulties they were willing to help me, they were nice to me (treat me breakfast or lunch) and when I am done with my task they were willing to give me another responsibilities from another Human Resources sub-division so I can learn other things.
    The challengesIn this division there are no other people who close to my age (except another intern or contract employee), so it was quite hard for me to blend in and start a conversation with them.
