    It's an exciting job. I really enjoy working here because the guys are great and I keep learning new great things which are good for my career development.
    The good thingsThis is a company that you can dedicate yourself to for a long term as there are lots of challenging new projects await to be handled and I guess they just keep coming, which is a good thing. The management is strict, yet casual and friendly to the employee. During office hours, we are good partners. When it comes to after hours, we are easily making good friends.
    The challengesWe get to deal with different projects on tight deadlines. We need to act and coordinate fast with the team to avoid technical errors. But then again, most of these errors are preventable because we have a stable synchronizing system internally, even it is easy to contact our partners overseas to look for useful advice.

    I work and also learn languages in IYUNO.
    The good thingsI can learn and do my assignments anywhere. I also can arrange my schedules, so I can work easily. My responsibility is only to translate, no more. No software required.
    The challengesSometimes, I find difficult to translate some complicated sentences. It’s because the language I translate is the second language.
