    The good thingsThe coworkers are "Good", at least they'll comfort you when mistakes happened. other than that sometimes your superior will bought you some food after work when the shop is closed
    The challengesBy "Good" here i mean when mistakes happened, but when operational time, they'll keep shouting at you to work faster, they also often ask you for help their task when your task itself is not done, when its time to go home, some of them will ask you to work overtime or give you new task, literally trying to buy your time. and in the end when my contracts about to end, the head HRD staff give me with 8.9 MILLION loans to cover the lost items.

    Bekerja sebagai staff umum (GA)
    The good thingssaya sebelumnya tidak ada pengalaman sebagai staff GA namun disini saya dapat belajar dan menambah ilmu yang berhubungan dengan GA. Seperti pengelolaan inventaris, kendaraan, dsb.
    The challengesketika ada kendaraan yang rusak dan pengelolaan inventaris yang masih di lakukan secara manual tanpa program (pencatatan). akan menjadi sulit untuk pengontrolan barang rusak, baru dsb.
