    Not Really Satisfactory
    The good thingsMy days there used to be overworked. I had to handle a lot of things which aren't supposed to be done by an educator. They don't really take care of our health. When I was there, I was not registered for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. When I got allowances from the government: they aren't fair about the amount.
    The challengesYou will get too many burdens and deal with such an ambitious director who wants to get everything without rewarding your achievement.

    mendapat banyak pengalaman
    The good thingsmendapat ilmu baru mengenai budidaya tanaman sayuran dan tanaman hias, mendapat banyak teman baru yang berbeda-beda karaktaer, serta mendapat pengalaman tentang berinteraksi yang baik dengan pelajar dan orang tua pelajar di ivy school.
    The challengeskordinasi anatara karyawan masih kurang bagus, kemudian gaji belum sesuai UMK surabaya, peraturan yang telah di tetapkan masih kurang di laksanakan oleh karyawannya,
