Very chill and supportive teamsThe good thingsThe other team members are really REALLY supportive and willing to through many lengths in order to help you. The managements are incredibly understanding and welcome to discuss even the most minor of issues. I experienced 0 office politics and it's a very (surprisingly) non-toxic environment. The people here can really discern between private and office matters, so it feels like a group of friends working on a same project.
The challengesAs a technical, I was constantly barraged by projects. There is no concept of "sprint" here, so the next project starts right after you finish the current one. However, the deadlines are quite lenient, so it gives me quite a breathing room.
As an employee, I had to learn a lot of things on the go. This is of course quite normal in any other IT consulting company, in fact, IIRC this is actually the norm. However, as someone who tutors math and science class to high school students for 5+ years, I don't really agree with this education method. This is not a jab at this particular field of business, but rather my own personal view on education.
