    The good thingsThere are chances to go abroad and visiting customers/clients from overseas. Also we can meet Itochu people from other branches to learn more about the business from each other.
    The challengesThe head of department changes regularly (every 2-3 years) so we need to adapt all over again and sometimes the head of department is not coming from the same department (coal), so they don't really understand the business. Other than that chance to get higher position for woman is lesser if competing with man. And still the Japanese employee gets more benefits than local/Indonesian employee.

    A great place to learn or settling down
    The good thingsFast and high-pressure working environment, but can easily manageable since the management and colleague are all really supportive and helpful. Really good place to learn about logistics since employee have the opportunity to learn by doing from beginning until the end of export/import process. Medical benefits are great and company pay for overtime generously.
    The challengesExpected to come during weekend, and can spend almost the whole day in office. However the compensation pay is good.
