Good place to start your career journey as a fresh graduate
The good thingsWilling to hire talent from outside the capital area, and this should be appreciated. For job seekers and especially fresh graduates, will be a good place to start your career journey and grind your experience. There is an opportunity to take a professional certification exam, and if you pass your salary will be increased.
The challengesPenalty policy if you don't pass the exam and you want to resign while you are still in service, the office environment is not very comfortable, the tasks are often random, handle multiple clients at once, assignments are not proper, minimal briefings, confusing responsibilities. Lack of communication between engineers and management. Suitable for starting a career, but not necessarily suitable for growth. For engineers, career advancement and salary is based on certification, but the problem is we often assigned to support projects that are not related with the certification itself. So we need extra effort to manage time in studying certification alone, as well as concentration on work task.
