    I appreciate the experience because of the clients I handled and my direct supervisor who is a nice person, but the management needs to improve themselves to be more affectionate as human beings and enhance the internal system.
    The good thingsThe only good thing about Iris Jakarta is the working environment and all the employees who work there (not the management level). They communicate well and everyone is nice to each other.
    The challengesThe workload is too much to be bear by one person. It is also different from the jobs that they shared in the beginning when we both signed the contract. The management levels do not take their team's insights seriously about workload and mental health. The junior and manager levels work hard to the bone while the directors and head department are not helpful about clients' work at all. In the end, they laid off the employees they thought they couldn't work with or handle well.

    I Got new level of works ethic, so much learn from one of business unit in Iris, Path Finders.
    The good thingsReally really enjoy the workflow with super a lot of creative people in Iris, the environment was epic, I'm in love with my team PathFinders so much learn and one of the amazing memories work experiences so far. management and HR must be fixed soon too many unfair things I got. Thanks Iris.

    The good thingsPekerjaan pertama saya setelah lulus kuliah dan ditolak hampir 15 perusahaan :). Ketika perusahaan lain hanya melihat dari almamater dan mencari seorang yg siap kerja, Iris Worldwide menyambut saya dan menawarkan pekerjaan dgn gaji yang melebihi harapan saya. Perusahaan ini memberi kesempatan kepada saya utk belajar dan men-Training saya dgn sangat baik hingga saya bisa menjadi seperti skrg.
    The challengesSOP-nya ketat dan disiplin dlm segala hal termasuk membayar hak karyawan dgn tepat wkt. Perusahaan ini mendisiplinkan saya utk saya bisa terus bertumbuh hingga bisa berada diposisi saya saat ini.

    The good thingssangat nyaman bekerja disini,jam kerja sangat santai,banyak bonus tapi harus sangat sabar mendapatkannya. kantornya juga super duperrrr mevwaaah.... tetapi lokasi kantor sudah pindah di area yang terbilang cukup ramai dari kemacetan.
