After establishing the first operation base in Padang, West Sumatera, we steadily expanded the next base in Medan, North Sumatera, and then Pekan Baru, Riau. In 1996, we secured our existence as a strong company by building the fourth base in Jakarta.

Not bad, selama kuat kerja senin-sabtu (dan di hari kerja juga "wajib" lembur).
The good thingsDisediakan makan siang yang lumayan.
The challengesAbsen diperhatikan, ada peraturan tidak tertulis yang mengharuskan lembur. Jadi walaupun kerjaan sudah selesai, tetap jangan pulang ontime kalau tidak mau dinilai buruk. Sabtu kerja setengah hari. Hindari manager audit, hobinya marahin orang. Saran saya untuk perusahaan, jangan jadikan lembur sebagai patokan karena kalau dia lembur tapi nonton youtube, ya sama saja.
