Lots of opportunity, but falls short in a lot of thingsThe good thingsI found that there's a lot of opportunity to improve our skills in the industry with this company. Plenty of clients and projects to handle. Apart from that, the people are nice, the management is admirable, there's no seniority, and there's high levels of tolerance so overall it's a good working experience.
The challengesThere is no clear career path. Employee turnover is rather high, judging by the amount of people who resigned during my 2 years of working here. I believe one of the factors for that is the lack of any overtime pay whatsoever, and a lot of people work overtime. There's a serious lack of feedback from the supervisors towards your performance that you basically don't know if you are doing well or awful, until it's really late.
Also the location of the office is just in the middle of a traffic hotspot. If you're a fresh graduate or have little experience in the industry, this is a good place to begin. If you're looking for a place to stay and build your career, try looking further.
