    The good thingsSaya sangat suka terhadap karyawannya yang ramah dan juga kompak, saling membantu bekerja sama untuk mencapai target, PT inti polymetal sangat bertanggung jawab dan kebijakannya sangat baik untuk karyawan, kami bekerja 5 hari dalam 1 Minggu.
    The challengesSaya merasa kesulitan jika ada part yang bermasalah jika di repair ulang, karna bahan yang dikirim oleh suplayer terlalu tipis, seringkali hasil pengelasan menjadi bolong/undercut
