    The good thingsKerjasama antar team lapangan sangat solid,sehingga pekerjaan itu kita lakukan dengan nyaman.antara helpdesk dengan petugas migrasi saling membantu dan hampir tidak ada kendala yg harus ditangani secara khusus.
    The challengesKendala yg biasa kita hadapi karena kurangnya komunikasi antara pekerja lapangan dengan atasan yg tidak pernah melihat kondisi lapangan,karna yang diharapkan atasan terkdang tidak sesuai dengan yang dilapangan.

    The good thingsI work individually as a cashier, bookkeeper, clerk admnistrator on my 1st year join. and the next one, I always do myself in everybanking course. Payment Application & Transaction, but I enjoy to fullfilled my knowledge in Operational banking linked to company requlation. And Now I am.
    The challengesSelf-Motivated, Self-Powering, Profesionally & Enlightened. Never give up in every condition and situation. Every problem has solution if you want to do. independent, neutral. Never depend on each other, trust yourself.

    Jujurlah saat merekrut pegawai
    The good thingsSebagian besar pegawai ramah dan bersahat. Kita dapat meminta ijin untuk tidak hadir jika berhalangan hadir.
    The challengesSaya masuk sebagai MT namun tidak ada yang mengajari. Hanya bertemu 1 bulan dengan atasan dan 1 hari bertemu dengan staff yang saya gantikan kemudian beliau berdua resign dan tidak ada yang menggantikan. Saya merangkap pekerjaan 2 orang dengan upah seorang training. Tidak ada kejelasan jobdesk dan struktur jabatan. Kurangnya kepercayaan atasan terhadap bawahan.
