    Cocok buat yg sebagai batu loncatan dan latihan mental. Keluar dr sini pasti bawa hikmah yg banyak dan jadi pribadi yang lebih bersyukur. Jangan lama2 tapi, 2 tahun udah syukur Alhamdullilah banget.

    The challengesManajemen. Kerjaan byk dan target tinggi tak masalah asal leader2 dan manajemennya JELAS dan mampu mendevelop. Berdasarkan peninjauan byk yg duduk di posisi leader tanpa leadership skill yg mumpuni. Kayak orang buta nuntun orang buta. Strategi sales basic banget, lbh byk belajar pas jd agen asuransi drpd jadi sales disini. Cuma dituntut closing skian tanpa dibekali arahan yang masuk akal atau cara pitch client yg kreatif. Budaya "FAMILY" nya redflag banget buat para GenZ khususnya.
