    The good thingspeluang berkarir ada dan ini baik. perusahaan bias memberi bonus lebih dari 2x gaji setiap tahun. asuransi kesehatan yang baik dll.
    The challengesjika ada tawaran posisi dengan tanggung jawab lebih tinggi di sini, harus dipastikan ada kompensasinya dari awal berupa kenaikan gaji dan tunjangan yang sesuai. karena induk perusahaan AkzoNobel hanya memberi peluang karir tanpa ada kompensasi apapun. ini sangat buruk jika anda tidak menanyakannya dari awal, anda sama sekali tidak akan mendapatkan keuntungan dari tanggung jawab anda yang meningkat.
