    The good thingsLingkungan kerja cukup nyaman dan rekan kerja saling membantu. Saya mendapatkan pengalaman baru dan kesempatan belajar skill baru. Atasan cukup suportif dan komunikasi tim berjalan baik.
    The challengesJam kerja kadang tidak menentu sehingga perlu manajemen waktu yang lebih baik. Komunikasi antar divisi masih bisa ditingkatkan. Sistem kerja masih perlu lebih terstruktur agar pekerjaan lebih efisien.
