    The good thingsHubungan Owner dengan pekerja yang bisa dibilang TIDAK MEMBATASI atau MEMBEDAKAN, membuat suasana kerja dan kepercayaan diri para pekerja menjadi lebih baik.. Suasana kerja yang menjunjung tinggi toleransi antar Karyawan juga menjadikan Interindo sebagai perusahaan yang layak anda coba, khususnya untuk para lulusan baru ataupun SMA/K.
    The challengesKoordinasi antar karyawan yang sangat kurang. Khususnya antar divisi. Banyak terjadi hal seperti \" cari aman sendiri\" Gaji yang kecil juga merupakan faktor minus dari INTERINDO DUTATEKNO. Mungkin bagi anda yang bekerja sebagai Expert / Tenaga ahli, kurang cocok bekerja di Perusahaan ini.. Tapi untuk anda yg bekerja hanya mencari pengalaman, saya rasa tidak ada salahnya.
