    The good thingsBanyak pengalaman yg di dapat. Semua senior teachers sangat membantu dalam meningkatkan cara mengajar kita dan bagaimana menghadapi orangtua. Setiap bulannya ada teacher meeting dimana semuanya akan mendapatkan informasi baru, aktivitas baru di kelas, dan juga training secara berkala. Bekerja disini seperti mendapatkan keluarga baru. Dan berinteraksi dengan anak-anak adalah hal yang paling menyenangkan.
    The challengesBeradaptasi dengan metode pengajaran Innovative Learning Center dengan menggunakan staging yang urut mulai dari tingkat kesulitan rendah sampai tinggi.

    The good thingsTeman atau rekan kerja yang luar biasa, suasana kerja yang menyenangkan saya pasti sangat merindukannya.
    The challengesBelajar mengatur waktu karena banyak sekali joblist yang dikerjakan disini. dari menerima tamu, handling complain, menerima pendaftaran, menerima transaksi pembayaran SPP/buku, input absensi siswa, pemesanan buku, pembagian buku, input raport per 3bln, pembagian raport, ATK kantor, penagihan SPP dan membuat laporan mutasi kas per bulan.
