    Pengalaman yang luar biasa
    The good thingsKaryawan dan bos² ramah, terbuka tuk berbagai wawasan. Tukar ilmu dan pengetahuan di bidang media. Posisi waktu itu yg saya dapat sebagai AE Dealer, kebetulan dapat di wilayah Jakarta Utara. Awalnya agak bingung tuk cari² dealer² mobil. Tapi berkat saling komunikasi dengan karyawan dan bos², jd di kasih detail lokasi dan nama² sales mobil di seluruh Jakarta Utara.
    The challengesKesulitan yg utama ya, berkenalan dgn sales² mobil. Dan tawarkan jasa media jual mobil melalui iklan. Tak jarang sales² pada cuek, dengan alasan males buat paket di iklan online, paketnya mahal, jarang ada prospek yg masuk. Itulah beberapa sales mobil yg agak sulit. Mau nya instan, gak ribet dan prospek banyak yg masuk.

    The good thingsLingkungan kerja yang cukup menyenangkan. Banyak ilmu yang bisa digali. Ada plus tentu ada minusnya.
    The challengesMemenuhi keinginan atasan yang kurang konsisten (berubah-ubah). Regulasi target yang dijanjikan untuk mendapatkan insentif selalu berubah, seakan karyawan tidak akan pernah bisa memenuhinya.

    Selama bekerjaa di PT RAJAMOBIL jabatan daya adalah data entry lalu dipindahkan ke bagian spesialis daftar harga mobil baru dan terakhr saya dipindahkan ke call center tapi hanya beberapa bulan karna saya tidak berbakat dibagian itu lalu saya dipindahkan
