Bonus tahunan tidak mengecewakan, kenaikan gaji sudah pasti tiap tahun, Gajian tidak pernah terlambat, tunjangan bagi karyawan tetap, dapat Dana Pensiun, dapat pelatihan bagi karyawan, bagi karyawan yang sudah lama bekerja dapat uti besar artinya cuti lebih dari 12x dalam setahun., suasana kerja tidak membosankan, kerja tim juga solid..

    The good thingsEnvironment at work area are friendly and they has amazing people with great leader ship. The way of business process engage me to be not affraid to learn something new about telecommunication industrial. This company is good for growth our invidual skill and analytics sense.
    The challengesI don't have any difficulty on that time. But if you don't show off your abilities. You will be drown. And left behind.

    The good thingsJam Kerja (masuk Jam 9 pulang Jam 6)
    The challengesSulit untuk jadi karyawan tetap harus kontrak 3 tahun (2 tahun kontrak + 1 tahun review). Lembur tidak ada bayaran. Untuk bonus tahunan dapat harus join awal tahun, kalau masuk di atas bulan januari nanti dapat bonus tahun berikutnya (sudah 2 Tahun kerja).
