    During my internship at Infineon Technologies I gained a lot of knowledge, there my soft skills in communication were honed. I started to speak English every time there was a meeting, was taught how to make a good and correct report, learned to express my thoughts and ideas in a way that was easy to understand.
    The good thingsInfineon Teknologi Batam is one of the largest semiconductor companies in Batam. Therefore, many polytechnic students want to intern at this company. I am one of the lucky students who usually undertakes an internship at Infineon. The amount of knowledge I gained while at PT made me proud to be able to intern at the company.
    The challengesSome of the challenges I had were operating Microsoft Excel to create data reports. Because previously, my major had no part in this learning.

Saya menyukai tempat dan karakter pekerja di PT Infineon Technologies Batam karenanya saya bisa bertahan bekerja lebih dari tujuh tahun. Selain itu, lokasi perusahaan dekat dengan tempat tinggal saya. Lewat PT. Infineon Technologies Batam lah yang membuat saya sadar arti pendidikan itu penting. Upah saya selama bekerja saya sisihkan untuk keperluan dana selama kuliah. Saya merasa dihargai lewat pengangkatan pegawai kontrak menjadi pegawai tetap ditahun 2013.

    The challengesSebuah Pt infineon technologi batam selalu melakukan sesuatu yang tidak mudah untuk mencapai sesuatu yang menjadi unggul, mencapai kesuksesan yg diimpikan setiap perusahaan. Dari mulai programnya seperti green line ( line yang stabil dan terkontrol ) untuk itu semua perusahaan ini membuat 3M yaitu Methode, Machine, and Man. Dan saya rasa itu tidak mudah,, butuh waktu yang lama untuk mewujudkannya.

    The good thingsI have no complaints. I'm happy with the way they operate and with the way they treat me and the way they treat their staff in general. They're good employers. They've taught me a lot; I've gained a lot of experience and I feel appreciated by them for the results I achieve and, generally, as a member of their team.
    The challengesI do feel that they're perhaps not as fast-moving and progressive as they could be which is probably my main reason for wishing to move on.
