    The challengesFasilitas kurang supoort, kurangnya motivasi dari perusahaan hanya memntingkan kepentingan perusahaan tanpa mementingkan kesejahteraan karyawan, tidak ada lemburan tapi menuntut kerjaan banyak dan selesai. Gaji yang tidak sesuai kemampuan dan latarbelakang seseorang (berdasarkan sykarela atasan dan direktur). Divisi hrd yang lumayan mempersulit karyawan

    The challengessulit dari sisi transport, karena lokasinya dibelakang PRJ tidak ada akses kendaraan umum. namun tetap ada fasilitas jemputan yang disediakan oleh perusahaan. tetap semangat jika ada kordinasi yang kurang baik dengan bagian lain, karena kesulitan disini adalah kebijakan yang suka berubah, kordinasi yang kurang baik dengan divisi lain.
