    The good thingsThe leaders really appreciate their employee and an open-minded person so I can discuss everything with them regarding my work. The environment they created don't feel like a workplace, instead it feels like a home to me.

    Impressive enough for my first job experience
    The good thingsAs in my division, the company sent the new comers to do training on the project site. I've got the chance to visit Aceh project. I learned so much in field, from the teamwork's power, from the responsibility you'll have to give when doing your job, and the most important thing is the will and skill to adapt in the new environment.
    The challengesthe system is still not settle yet, the work environment puts me into tense, i am pushed to do something new but definitely don't have idea how to do it, since i'm not well-guided. that really affects me and makes me think that i don't contribute much in this company.
