    The good thingsFamily oriented work place, the workload and payment is average with a raise every year with medical and glasses reimbursement, bpjs for medical and pension. the senior will teach you things and the boss very friendly 3 years ago.
    The challengesi meant really 3 years ago, the company gone downhill withholding payment/salary for worker below director level or if you are not in the parent company. management all over the place and everyone is on edge. for now it is not a place to work for now.
