    Budaya Kerja yang Professional namun tidak kaku
    The good thingsdari tahap awal rekrutmen tidak berbelit, hanya mengirim cv dan subjek yang dilamar lalu kandidat diberikan beberapa soal test yang disitu terdapat gambaran pekerjaan yang akan dihadapi, dan kandidat yang 'dirasa' memiliki skill yang cocok untuk posisi yang dilamar akan dipanggil untuk lanjut ke tahap interview. ringkas dan tepat sasaran sih model rekrutmen seperti ini, super paperless. 20 hari kerja dalam sebulan, 8 jam kerja dalam sehari sudah komplit dengan istirahat dan gajinya pun juga tidak main-main, rata-rata diatas UMK Ibukota, kecuali yang masih training lah ya, pasti ada penyesuaian wajar
    The challengesAnda dituntut memiliki skill sebelum masuk, jadi kalau hanya coba-coba ya disarankan jangan lanjut. fokus cari pengalaman dan cari ilmu terlebih dahulu sebanyak-banyaknya

    No team chemistry
    The good things- Adequate workplace facilities. There's supply of drinking water available for employees. They have coffee & tea, too :) - The workplace has an appropriate number of sanitary facilities. - Clean environment.
    The challenges- There is no team chemistry. Team leaders didn't try to build chemistry between subordinates. - There is lack of communication. Leaders with poor communication skills will typically fail to pass on information to their subordinates about procedures that they must follow and then often scold employees when they fail to follow them. - Team leader tends to micromanage. Micromanagement can breed resentment in the subordinates as they feel monitored as if they were children. They will feel a lack in both autonomy and responsibility, and they will come to resent the work that they do. - Team leaders don't believe in the overall ability of their subordinates, even though they are capable.
