    Not good but not that bad as well
    The good thingsThere is very little room for career development. But the good thing is working environment and work/life balance are good. Also you'll get bonus of 2 x salary and 1 x salary for THR. It's not that much to be honest, but it's enough. Lastly, if you're a fresher, this company is a good option for your career development.
    The challengesYou must be ready to be a multi-disciplinary employee. The pressure will be up and down according to your deadline, that's common I know. Also, I think the management needs to increase full-time employee slot. It includes the management itself, they need to hire professionals in order to move much further.

    The good thingsLingkungan kerja yang sangat kental kekeluargaan, para pejabat yang sangat baik dan tidak memandang bulu. Para pekerja rata-rata sangat religius, suasana kerja less pressure. Pekerjaan yang dijalani cukup menyenangkan karena menghandle customer dengan berbagai macam sifat dan permintaan yang banyak juga rumit, but nothing impossible to do.
    The challengesPekerjaan belum berjalan sesuai SOP jadi perlu inisiatif yg tinggi untuk mengimprove jalannya pekerjaan yang belum sesuai dgn seharusnya. Banyak kesenjangan sosial karena masih bercampurnya pekerja organik (BUMN), pekerja koperasi, dan PKWT sehingga fasilitas dan kesejahteraan dominan dirasakan oleh pekerja organik. Etos kerja yang kurang bersemangat karena birokrasi yang berbelit-belit.
