    My review of LIPI is that it is a very good research institution, because the facilities for research are very adequate and a lot of research has been successfully carried out and has an impact on the development of research in Indonesia and the world.
    The good thingsResearch performance well, with the existing SOP. So that the implementation of the research can be controlled properly and according to the existing procedures at the research institution. Therefore, each researcher can produce good research.
    The challengesMy challenge in researching Spirulina platensis using AB Mix fertilizer growth media is that there are still few references to this growth media. The research went well and resulted in a research reference for other researchers who will try AB Mix fertilizer in growing microalgae

    The good thingsDapat belajar banyak hal terutama teknik-teknik laboratorium (biologi sel dan molekular) yang tidak didapatkan selama kuliah dan kemampuan tersebut dapat bermanfaat untuk pendidikan/kerja selanjutnya (lembaga riset, industri, dsb).
    The challengesBergantung kepada siapa kita bertanggungjawab. Perlu sedikit kerja ekstra apabila mendapatkan atasan yang cukup mendetail/demanding.

Dengan bergabungnya saya di tempat ini, dengan mudah saya dapat mengaplikasikan ilmu yang saya dapat di perkuliahan karena sesuai dengan jurusan
    The challengestidak ada kendala yang mengkhawatirkan saya hadapi,walaupun jarak cukup jauh dari rumah tapi semua dilakukan dengan sukacita dan juga karena sesuai bidang.     The good thingsBecause this is for internship, we can get some beneficial like as science, data project for research, and experience for working with scientist. Many project can enhance your knowledge, and skill to processing data like as Scanning Electron Microscope, X-Ray Diffraction, Vector Network Analyzer, Permagraph, and Thermoelectric of materials. The employees there are very friendly and willing to help, and guide students.
    The challengesWe cannot do publications in general, because it involves intellectual property rights. There are several disciplines that must be mastered, such as metallurgy, physics, chemistry, mathematics, materials science, and other disciplines that we must understand in detail to lead to an analysis of the results of the research that has been carried out while working.
