    challenging but very helpful workplace.
    The good thingsIDS is an extremely fast-growing company and a great place to work! The company really cares about the skill and knowledge of their employees. They provide us all the necessary training classes. I've learned so many skills from all my peers and seniors and have passed on my knowledge to my juniors as well. I love the environment here.
    The challengesWorking at a rapidly expanding company like IDS typically means you’ll have plenty of exposure to challenging assignments and you’re likely to get involved in a wide range of tasks. You’ll have many opportunities to learn, explore different parts of the business and develop your skills.

    The good thingsMy boss cared about my growth and development while I worked here and pushed me to work so that I'd gain some valuable life skills. They gave me clear instructions and management so I could do my job clearly and efficiently. I was never mind-blowingly stressed during my time here.
    The challengesThe food offered could be better, obviously, it's already a major plus getting food for free but some variety and upgrades in quality will be appreciated. The company is growing very fast so there's some stress going around about adjusting the current projects and systems, but nothing too major.
