    The best company ever in Indonesia because There is no AGE or EDUCATION LIMIT to be able to work at this company. Not like the other companies which must have bachelor degree, maximum age 25, must be blablabla. That's why people enjoyed to work here, growing and learning together. Most seniors have worked here for decades. We love the company and we'll stop when the company stopped loving us. If you wanna work here, I highly recommended.
    The good thingsI learned a lot of things here. I have a very good seniors and managers. They really love their employees and teach us well. I've worked here for 11 years and I feel like family. It is rare for employees to leave at this company, indicating that this company is quite healthy. I feel comfortable working at this company. We have a good teamwork and collaboration.
    The challengesDuring my time working at this company, I did not encounter any obstacles in my work, because seniors and managers were ready to help teach me. The only thing that disappointed me was my boss's attitude, who was moody and easily provoked by other people.
