    when I work there, so many rejection and distrust from company, better the company replace PM with temperament attitude, because this might be danger for staffs
    The good thingsthere are small good thing in this company, project staff in some location they do bad habbit, they playing tricks, and PM was absolutely temperament attitude. Can not working together, they dont have any experience how to work standard international

    The good thingsTunjangan yang besar, Lingkungan kerja yang baik, kerja sama TIM lumayan baik. Pembayaran overtime yang sesuai. Pekerjaan harus mengutamakan Safety, Quality, Schedule & Budget.
    The challengesKebijakan fasilitas project tergantung PM, Adaptasi awal harus cepat belajar dalam Standar Perusahaan. Terkadang ada beberapa personal dalam tim yang bekerja semaunya, jadi kita harus mengawasinya dengan ketat.
