Produk yang dijual memang menggunakan strandar internasional sehingga yang diperlukan bukan kemampuan menguasai produk saja tetapi juga harus mampu menjiwai apa yang harus disampaikan ke konsumen sehingga tahu dan mengerti mengapa harus produk kita yang dipilih dengan tidak hanya mempertimbangkan harga semata

    The challengessyarat mencapai komisi dipersulit. minimum pencapaian 50% dari target yang fantastis. Bonus 3 bulanan juga akan didapat jika mencapai 110% dari total target 3 bulan. Komisi akan hangus jika client telat membayar lebih dari 70 hari sejak tanggal invoice. sistem kerja yang sering berbenturan dengan divisi lain. manajemen tampaknya lebih suka karyawan berkonflik.
