    The good thingsGood solid team works, even the director will help you when you get troubles at work. Flexible time, they are more oriented to the results. So as long as you can bring the good result to the table, then you will not gonna get problem.
    The challengesyou cannot expect the task that may come to you. Sometimes you can be relax, and sometimes you can be overwhelmed. Mostly employees work overtime.
