    Best in Indonesia, love to work here. Hope this year can give more to company and the environmental.
    The good thingsSalary, Benefit, Health Insurance for family, Car Allowance, House Allowance, Free Meal, Office Water Drink, Office Pantry per floor level, clean toilet and modern. Friendly team worker, Wise leadership, fast work, and open minded culture. The company support sustainability and working to improve current environmetal sustainability. The HR have open and best in class program to improve anyone in the company including improving worker softskills and hardskills.
    The challengesThe Quality Management System already one of the best for local Indonesia company but need more implementation in shopfloor. The machine mostly old machine but well maintained, need upgrade to improve efficiency.
