    The good thingsI've been learned so many things when do internship here, starts from hardskill and softskill, when start my first task is designing some banner about the event then i submit the task to my supervisor after that they give some review to my design so i can fix the design, and the other case i have some task when do disaster recovery plan, I got a job to make a test case to test whether after moving server to another server the application can still run, and also about the softskill like communication, etc its very well trained when i do internship here
    The challengesFisrt of all you must working fast, because in it division there is so many time line that must be finish before the deadline, after that you must listen to your user or client carefuly because sometime the mainset of the developer and user it's different sometimes there is friction that causes us to misunderstand other divisions but yes, that's how it is in the work environment

    The good thingsThis is a company with pretty good reputation in an established industry, so you won't get any fuss when it comes to benefit and compensation. The medical benefits cover pretty much everything, and the salary is compétitive, especially if you join the company in an experienced level. All the people here are friendly and helpful. The company is also actively trying to expand its business.
    The challengesIn 2-3 years, it's likely that you start to feel too comfort to ride new exploration because of the benefits and the company's reputation. However, taking into account the industry where this company is playing, you can't expect drastic career path. Moreover, this is a foreign-owned cimpany, so all the policiers taken should be in line with that foreign owner intérêts, even if it's making this cimpany struggling to cope up.

The career opportunity is also promising and the employee also can explore their career aspiration in the organization. Benefit for the employee, I would say one thing that this company provide that among toptier of coal mining company.
    The challengesThere are so many people in the company find their soft spot in the company, many of them would prefer something safe than challenge themselves to have innovation. Anyone with year of service more than 5 years will have the risk to be a 'camper' in the company. And the management tend to use soft approach to the employee that sometime would made the message less determined.
