    The good thingsAs an employee, you have a big chance to explore yourself and give a lot of ideas for improvement. I love the teamwork and working culture also the working environment. You are free to do something new as long as you can manage it and keep your job in track.
    The challengesAs a start up company, you will also facing a dynamic working environment and fast paced work. It is very challenging to adapt because sometimes you were expecting to be more agile.
