    The good thingssuasana antar karyawan membuat bekerja di perusahaan ini menarik karena saling mendukung sehingga mudah untuk bersosialisasi dan beberapa karyawan yang lebih mengerti dalam bidang pekerjaan mau membantu junior atau rekan yang lain untuk mengerjakan pekerjaan yang di berikan.
    The challengestidak ada peraturan yang tertulis, kurangnya pengawasan dari para manajer maupun team lead membuat para karyawan tidak mendapatkan penilaian yang layak sehingga banyak karyawan yang bekerja lebih dari 8 jam sehari seakan tidak di hargai. adanya perjanjian kontrak yang tidak di jelaskan sebelumnya sehingga membuat karyawan terikat dengan perusahaan dan pekerjaan yang di berikan kadang tidak sesuai dengan surat kerja/jabatan yang di berikan.
