    Competence is not the main currency here, connections are.
    The good thingsStrong global brand and that’s it.
    The challengesFavoritism everywhere. Roles given based on who you know, not capability or results. Training exists but useless, just basic stuff, no real development at all.

    Tempat kerja yang support karyawan untuk berkembang.
    The good thingsCareer development, networking, rekan kerja yang supportif, pengalaman bekerja di multinational company yang memberikan ruang & kesempatan yang selebar-lebarnya untuk karyawan yang ingin berkembang. Banyak co-worker disini yang memulai karirnya sebagai pekerja paruh waktu/freelancer/daily worker, bekerja di perusahaan sudah lebih dari 3 tahun dan sekarang sudah menjadi karyawan tetap dengan posisi senior officer (leader atau bahkan manager). Dari segi benefit cukup oke (sangat lengkap sesuai aturan pemerintah), ada diskon karyawan juga :)
    The challengesChallenge baru untuk belajar berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris dengan manager bule, terkadang dikejar deadline, menghadapi complain dari atasan.
