    Lumayan untuk yg tertarik berkecimpung di HRR
    The good thingsBanyak yg bisa dipelajari terutama seputar dunia recruitment. Lingkungan kerja yg positif dan mengasah kemampuan komunikasi dan creative problem solving.
    The challengesPerkembangan karier tidak terlalu besar. Terkadang scope pekerjaan terasa stagnan karena jobdesk yang monoton.

    Fun but responsible environment
    The good things- Fun - Young - Could appreciate all good things - Positive office environment that could motivate you as a employee - Open minded boss - Management system is still growing and always improving - Nice allowance & package offered
    The challenges- Must have a good initiative - This is young company, so employees must run to support company grow up - Employee must could adapting with Japanese environment (discipline) - Ready to get a new knowledge and learn a new things that you never done before
