The good things- Gaji pokok yang sedikit lebih tinggi dibanding hotel lain - hotel company culture

The challenges- Ledership atasan yang kurang baik - work & life balance yang buruk ( sering kali harus menunggu sampai malam hanya untuk mengunggu meeting) - tidak ada kompensasi untuk overtime, bahkan untuk cuti untuk pengganti masuk di hari libur "sangat" sulit untuk diapprove - Office politic yang kuat, sangat sedikit hawa positif yang ada - Tidak ada kepastian menjadi karyawan tetap bahkan setelah beberapa tahun bekerja dan beberapa kali kontrak
