    Not for creative people of the lower role (Staff, coordinator). Superior not listening
    The good thingsYou get a good facility for working. Specially if you are on creative works like designer and editor. You get the powerful PC, camera, etc as long its for working. Other than that, nothing really good though
    The challengesCreative thinking that came from lower grade employee not really getting attention at all. You just need saying okay to your superior and let them decide thing without hearing the subordinate. Communication between every team is hard.
