    Work hard but fun
    The good thingsWe've been guided and taught to be a professional worker but still humanity is above all. Learning how to appreciate others, studying the new era. The management also a very open minded and encourage the staff to develop the career and open to any changes for technology. We've been trained to give a best service to client and students as well and stated that everyone is a marketing tool for the school.
    The challengesHuman being is a unique creature and so we need to learn on how to study and solute the matters as if there is. The challenges were due to facing the difference perception among the staff or clinets.

    This is one of the best working places I have ever been.
    The good thingsAs I had worked in several schools before joining IALF in 2013, I could say that IALF is the best working place for me because everything is well managed and organized and every individual has been given rights and duties based on their position. Since I came here, I have got opportunities to work with friendly and supportive management, academic team and colleagues to learn new things and gain new experiences.
    The challengesIn May 2015, I was appointed to become one of the coordinators of YL Vocab Trivia 2015. It was a big responsibility and seemed to be quite hard work for me but the event was successful eventually because of the continuous support from the management, academic, marketing, and other departments. What a great TEAM (Together Everyone Achieves More) work!
