    The good thingsAll staffs are supportive and friendly. Helping each other in solving academic problems. It feels like home when you are inside the room.

    The good thingsTeaching children, office facility is ok, can use office computer and printer, pantry available, clean environment, friendly manager
    The challengesMix level in one class, no breaks in between teaching (1-6pm nonstop), very very poor management, seniority between senior teachers and new teachers, students come not on schedule, full class but students randomly added to the class which is already full

    The challengesMust be able to teach and multitask because the lessons in each class are mixed. Restless teaching schedule from 1 pm - 6 pm. The management needs a lot of improvement.

    The good thingsI can update my experiences in education Industry. This is international company so I can explore my skill and knowledge with the great team. on the other hand, I can travel around Indonesia to visit the centers in Indonesia.
    The challengesI need to be always in time to report my job weekly and monthly so I should manage my time well. Moreover, I visit most of center around Indonesia and I could make sure the schedules is covered based on monthly time table I made every month.

    The good thingsI Can Read Karawaci, disini kalian akan menemukan sisi kekeluargaan yang begitu erat. Tidak ada dinding yang membatasi antara bahawan dan atasan. Selagi kita mampu menempatkan diri diposisi yang seharusnya, bekerja ditempat ini sangat menyenangkan.

    The good thingsmengunakan sistem/program yg baik di dalam tehnik melatih anak untuk membaca. membuat anak lebih mudah untuk mengenal phonic sounds.
    The challengeshanya saja setiap cabang berbeda peraturan dan menejemen. kesulitan nya mengajar anak yg sama sekali tidak mengenal English.

    My thought while in I Can Read
    The good thingsI Can Read is the English Course based on phonics. For young age this is the best way to introduce them to know how to read English word and sentences sooner. It's like the song you heard on your device, even you don't know the lyrics at first, but the more you heard it, somehow in the end you can get along to sing to that song.
    The challengesThe multimedia. In this era when every single thing depend on multimedia like audio, visual etc, for me I think it's better if in I Can Read they have it too. Like in listening session so the students get identify what the audio said, well they can add some of words they never knew before through the audio.

    The challengesTidak ada kesulitan yang berarti dalam mengajar dan bergabung di I Can Read. Metode pengajaran yang mudah diserap baik bagi pengajar dan siswa telah terbukti dengan nyata. Kesulitan yang dirasakan hanyalah bagaimana menampung permintaan orang tua terhadap harapan mereka bagi anak-anak.
