    The good thingsAll employee working with their heart, we're helping each other to do all things, to achieving company goals. We do all Job as same as the SOP, we had many company event as new year gathering, end year gathering, halal bi halal, independence day etc. also have some reward to some employee for their Service Excellence.
    The challengesMust fluent in English, speak up, have a ownership, leadership. in some department is very stressfull, underpresure, sometimes need available time in holiday, because we're service business. good luck :)

    The good thingsThe positive working at this company are nice environment and team-work, good cooperation with co-workers, feels like family.
    The challengesNeed more time for understanding the different culture, especially work habits between Korean and Indonesian. That's one of the reason we gave the introduction training for new hire, in earlier stage make them to understand the different in culture, so they won't facing culture shocked.
