    One of the most dynamic, fast-paced, and highly networked trading company to work at. Places are up for grabs but no comfort zones allowed.
    The good things- Connected with global staffs in both HQ and overseas branches that are highly capable on each industries, allowing seamless communication and knowledge transfers - Work are well structured, instructions are often sound and clear - Able to gain vast networking either with private sectors, SOEs, or even government - Staffs are young, vigorous, and highly skilled in each scope - Fair assessment/merit-based, but relationship building with expats does help
    The challenges- I regard complacency and hesitation are recipe for disaster here. - We communicate with our Korea HQ and global branches daily so English is mandatory both listening, writing, and speaking. - Gotta outperform ourselves and go beyond comfort zone to really immerse and develop here. Let the work result speaks for itself. - Be outspoken and never hesitate to voice out opinions, feedbacks, or insights. Be proactive and initiative.
