    The good thingsHigh salary, specialist on position, Working on multinational company, 3rd biggest automotive company in the world
    The challenges- How leader attract their team. Don't expect to be thanked - Security level for sharing file & internet protection is too high. Even you will be very difficult to "Copy & Paste" - Flexibility working is necessary for this era. Don't expect to back on time. - Annual Leave taking should be release minimum 3 months after join, not 1 year.
