    Great Company to work
    The good thingsVery good salary and benefit, paid overtime, private insurance for family, good Boss (Mr Lee and Mr Lim), annual bonus, THR and BPJS. Company very loyal to their employe, especially about equipment (laptop, etc).
    The challengesSometime we will faced toxic customer, and the hard thing is when they pressed us with their request but we cannot make quick decision because all decision must came from HQ even its just some small thing. Thats way we would got blamed and must endure it.

    The good thingssaya mendapatkan pengalaman didunia logistik mengenai trucking, asuransi, dan pergudangan. Di perusahaan ini, hanya memiliki kurang lebih 30 karyawan, dan mereka semua sangat membantu saya dalam mengembangkan skill serta sangat tinggi kekeluargaannya. Saya ingin berada lebih lama disini meskipun saya hanya karyawan kontrak dan berharap dapat diangkat menjadi karyawan tetap (mengingat ini adalah kontrak ke-2 saya disini)
    The challengesmanajer didivisi saya tidak berada dalam satu kantor, ini membuat koordinasi cukup sulit meskipun bisa menggunakan media sosial ataupun email. bahkan saya lebih banyak mendapatkan ilmu dari supervisor yang berada dalam satu kantor daripada manajer saya yang ada di Bandung. Ini merupakan pengalaman kedua kalinya setelah pengalaman kerja pertama juga seperti itu

    The good thingsi will be learn about your local languages and culture. i am married indian youth with two kids. i have currently indian passport. i have did my great services for my indian citizen last 14 years now; hopefuly desire to do my better services for your country or nations.This is the main truth of me .
    The challengesUntill i cannot able to sleep when my dids cant stop here with. Project rullout migration and implementation is very serious subject of me.
