    The good thingsPada saat magang di Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta saya merasakan kesenangan. Lingkungan di Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta sangat mendukung kinerja para karyawan dan trainee-nya. Hotel seluas 22 hektar ini memiliki lapangan golf yang luas sehingga ketika kita ingin berjalan-jalan dan menikmati pemandangan sangat memungkinkan. Terdapat kantin untuk karyawannya agar kelangsungan hidup di sana lebih sejahtera.
    The challengesTerdapat beberapa konten yang saya buat tidak terealisasikan karena terlalu banyak yang harus dieksekusi, tetapi itulah realita di dunia pekerjaan terutama di bidang kreatif. Tuntutan untuk membuat konten untuk promosi produk adalah deadline yang lebih cepat dibandingkan produksi film pendek yang selama ini saya lakukan.

    The good thingsThe staff and the senior is welcome to us, a very nice environtment as a workplace. The job is pretty good not too complicated not too easy. If i come as a staff or permanent i definately will try to stay at least 2 years maximum working here.
    The challengesAs a trainee they are(the staff) definately welcome but yeah what maybe they use trainee a lot so everytime theres a changes like old trainee finish their term of course new trainee will come not all the staff willingly teach us completely like whole thing few of them even didnt teach you at all

    The good thingsHyatt was the best place, not just to work but the place how we could explore, adapt, and learn something that we didn't had before. In my experience with Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta we are not just to be a partner but we are being family.
    The challengesAs my experience the challenges was when we appointed to fill in out of our possition, but in another viewpoint which is good because we are be charged to moving foward and let us being multi talented.
