    The good thingsUntuk staffnya ramah&baik, saling bantu satu sama lain dan kekeluargaan. Gaji lumayan untuk customer service lebih dari UMR.
    The challenges1. Tidak ada jenjang karir 2. Sulit memperhatikan kesehatan karyawan aka sulit dapat libur kalau sakit 3. Kurangnya agent customer service hanya 3 orang saja dengan jumlah customer yg sangat banyak 4. Tidak diberi kursi untuk customer service dan meja handle kecil itupun harus berbagi dengan customer juga 5. Peraturan yang selalu berubah dengan hitungan cepat

    The challengesSOP Berubah setiap hari bahka setiap jam. Peraturan yang di buat sangat memberatkan untuk customer dan tidak ada kejelasan mengenai peraturan perusahaan. Jenjang karir sulit di capai dan tidak ada dispensasi untuk karyawan yang sedang sakit,tetap harus bekerja,baru boleh diizinkan untuk tidak bekerja apabila masuk rumah sakit. Tekanan internal yang kuat karena SOP nya berubah dalam jangka waktu yang sangat cepat.
