    Explosive and consistency
    The good thingsI've enjoyed the environment here, the colleague here really friendly. For the workload, continuity and consistency is a must. But don't get carried away, when the time comes, everything goes hectic really fast.
    The challengesdoing the same thing over and over again keeps your consistency in a check, and doing your job when everything goes hectic is really test your patience and how you keep everything in check in advance.
