    Work as HR & GA Manager is very interesting job, I was not only handled employee but also must make a good relationship with other parties such as government, other companies, envirorenment, etc
    The good thingssince many years ago I work for Foreign company, I can develop my english by practising everytime and also I learn manythings related with work culture but I also could tell to the owner related with the Indonesian Law and Regulation.
    The challengesas an employee's of foreign company, some times I found the different conditions especially related with the culture and how to make the owner unsderstood about Indonesia law & regulation. but I made it as chalenge to make the owner understood and finally we had same vision.
